Great to be apart of this group. My name is Dave .... I model both the
Milwaukee Road and MKT..... The Milw. Road Southern Minnesota branch ran right past my house in Grand Meadow MN. And I fell in love with the MKT since I have moved to OKLA. trying to finish up on a Midwest town scene shelf layout. I will post pictures soon.

I'll be starting my layout this fall and it will be a Midwest CB&Q based about 1960-1965. Waiting for pictures and I might use an idea or two.

Glad you joined the forums, this a great place for sure with lots of friendly help.
What scale are you modeling in? It would be great to see what your doing when you can post some shots of your layout. I'm working in HO and a 1885 to 1915 era and modeling a rural backwoods style layout.

Hello and welcome aboard. I am model HO scale, hope to have something by the fall as well. Going to model mainly steam era with the early diesels making their appearance as well. Look forward to talk with ya.
