Dont think that has ever been made by anyone , brass included. I was looking into it a while ago and even went as far as contcting TTX without much luck.

Here is the reply I got abot the training car and research caboose.

The training car is moved all over. We provide training for maintaining the brake systems, trucks, etc. and it goes where the training is needed. I believe it is on course to the northeast as we speak. Because it is a non-revenue car, the railroad is often reluctant to move the car and it gets caught in a yard for some time. It will sometimes come back to Joliet Illinois for maintenance.

The caboose is moved around too. It generally stays in Pueblo Colorado to provide data logging support to instrumented cars. We use it to log instruments around the test tracks. It too will sometimes come back to Joliet Illinois for maintenance.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
