My name is Josh, I'm just getting back into modelling now that I have some money. Getting ready to start an industrial 17' X 11' X 15' layout. Era'd at 04-07 (as of now) NS & CSX shared assets. It will be freelance, as for the location, but power and rolling stock will be in the era of 04-07. I'll post more with plans at a later time, in the right thread, but I'm glad to be a part of the HO community again!

Thank you! Glad to be here! It will be big enough, for starting out! Haha, I plan on starting benchwork by the middle of June. I joined here to get some more ideas as well ;)

Yeah, Hell storm it was! We are a couple miles from the tornado destruction, but for awhile we thought it was coming directly for us. Something not clear on the news was the path through just the city was ~10miles long and getting stronger and wider as it went through. Anyhow, glad you coming back into the hobby. I was absent for 35 years before returning and have been completely happy with the decision. Lots of new goodies and gadgets :D.

Welcome to the board. I worked security at the FedEx terminal there in Buford back in 06. Now I'm in Cali. Welcome back to the hobby as I too am getting back into it

Well, we're glad you're okay! To think I almost went railfanning in Bham that day! But yes, it's a must have hobby! I'm enjoying Athearn & Atlas the best!

Thanks bro! That's pretty cool! Ha! I didn't think I'd meet anyone on here who even knew where Buford was! Lol.
