From what I've recently learned, Eastern Car Works purchased the E&B Valley line. It also appears they've gone under as of 2010.

I don't own any E&B Valley flats. I do have their cement hoppers though.

In my digging through my old kits I found my E&B flats. I have several and have never messed with them. None of them have instructions and so I presume that they didn't come with any. These are very basic kits (I think they were from a boxcar kit) and with a little study you should have no problem putting them together.
