I went to the home depot to pick up some acid and lead free solder for my new main line project when I seen what they called a gutter guard. It was 4' long and made of heavy white plastic. I thought maybe it will work for the 3' concrete viaduct I'm adding as part of my second main line project. The viaduct is on a 30 degree turn although the photo below really doesn't show the turn. The camera shot is to head on. The section where the viaduct will sit is removeable. I made the last arc on both sides 2 inches, the rest are 3 inch arcs. Now I have to bend some plastic for the inside part of the arcs. I'll do that at my work bench.

Sorry, George, but I can't see the picture, just the dreaded red "X". Sounds like a great idea though.
Uploaded Photo of viaduct
I guess my page is down. This should work.

Man, that really looks like a viaduct without any of the work. With some paint and weathering, it should look really good. I wish I had a place to put a viaduct now.
Gutter Guard
And the gutter guard was only $3.98. I was just down stairs wondering how am I going to attach the inside arc plastic to the gutter guard. I think I have a plan. I was in one of our offices the other day and a sign read. PLAN YOUR WORK / WORK YOUR PLAN
