New pictures I got out the old camera.



I've added the coke ! You can see the coke conveyors and elevators which carry coke from below the coke trestle to the melt shop. I'm just starting to work on the forge shop

Thanks Rex. I grew up in Bridgeport Connecticut in the 1950s. Over 400 different industries in that town! I could stop on my way home from school and watch them drop the bottom on a cupola furnace and hose down the coke. I could feel the blast of heat...It was soooooooo cool ! I was hooked !

It's HO scale

Been working on my foundry for about two years. Just added a re-heating furnace to the forge shop. It has three flicker circuits...one for each door. Looks so cool.....thanks to this web site...http://www.awrr.com/flicker.html and Radio Shack.
My good camera is broken but I should be able to take more pictures soon.
