Anyone have experience with Hiawatha Hobbies?

I am looking at these:

and I can't seem to find a better price any place else, but the site's layout looks very generic. Has anyone ever had any experience/problems with Hiawatha Hobbies?

I ordered a kit that was suppose to be in stock. Once ordered, I was told that it was on back order by there automated system. I gave it about a month or so then decided to cancel the order. I emailed them to let them know that I no longer wanted the kit. My card was charged the next day and I received the kit in four days. All the while I never received a reply to my email. I still wanted the kit, but if I hadn't I wouldn't have been happy about the way they handled it.

Obviously this isn't a glowing review of them. It wasn't a terrible experience, but it wasn't great either.

Though five dollars more, this is a far better place to order from in my opinion.

Yes, but how are their internet business practices? I've seen people have problems with some sites run by good people with little time.

Heres a question for you all, how do i tell what size wheels i have on my cars now? Or does it really matter? Im just replacing my plastic wheels with metal ones. i have a variety of cars, bachman silver series, atheran blue boxes, LBF and yes Atlas too. How do I tell what size wheels are on the cars?

I have not done business with them through their website, just in the actual store, however, they are straight shooters, and won't rip you off, and they will take care of any problems.
