Hi,
I was just wondering if anybody here every purchased items from this vendor:
http://zyconmodels.com
Some of the prices are pretty amazing.
Amazing is right, but not in a good way!

The guys who buys a $10,000 model of a crane, also drives a Farari.
If i had that kind of money to spend on 1 thing. I would spend it on alot of things for the layout and still have some nice things
Every time I see they're ad in MRR for a $1395 Ho scale excavator I wonder who buys them. Probably same folks who start their fireplaces with fat stacks of $100 bills. Or use them as toilet paper.

Yeah... That's what got me to go to the site. I just can't image spending that kind of money for that sort of stationary scenic element. It would be interesting to know if they actually sell any.
I'm hoping that as 3-D printing technology improves, models like this will become affordable to those of us who actually have to
work for a living...
Those are some pretty good looking models but a bit more expensive than I could afford.
Hi Ken,
Yes they do look good but who are the customers for a $10,000 diorama of a giant excavator? What motivates the manufacture to produce such an item?

The customers probably live in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
