Amtrak Phase V cars

Does anyone know who is making HO or N Phase V cars? coach & food/business class cars?

If you google it you'll find that Athearn and Bachman have offerings in the Phase V

Technically, there is no Phase V cars. However manufacturers refer to them as V, when they are just V logos added to IV schemes, thus technically becoming IVb.

Search IVb at the same time.

I just picked up two bachman Phase V coach cars for $21 at a local hobby shop. Not as smooth as Kato Phase IIIs.
