Vlad Petrov, I am unsure of your question, but this appears to me to be a Lego switch made perhaps in Sweden? I have never seen such a thing, but I do not believe it can be powered, unless a switch motor rests in the two circular mounts at left.

Its a Lego Duplo switch, I know that much.
