It's a very nice shot but there just seems to be something missing, not sure what though?

What is the overhanging conduit for on top of the cab?
I don't know that much about Desiels as you can tell.

That is the air hose for the bell. First thing I noticed missing is the window wipers, cut lever and Im sure there is more? Close enough for me.
