Your snow scene is a neat shot!
The thing you need to add to the tree in the foreground
with the Fallers standing on the spring boards is to add a notch about 6" into trunk to the opposite side of the tree from where they're cutting and just below or at the height they are making their cut at. This was done to guide the fall in a certain direction. It can be just a < type of notch. That will add a lot more realism to that portion of the scene.
