Say Bob or Tracula. I assume your two different guys as I don't know who's picture this is or 'What it is supposed to be?
It appears to be so type of operating box car but exactly what does it do and what gauge is it?  I'm assuming HO but don't recall any operating cars like this in HO gauge??

They are HO scale by Tyco.
