I have that same Lego Castle in my collection too Josh. :)
Old, or new version? I bought the new version the day I first saw it in stores.

I've got the Shell Exclusive Ferrari F1 in there, some lego figures, more castle guys, and a horse drawn, steam powered fire pumper that I built 6 years ago.

I want to get some of the old Model Team trucks now.

I have the new version also, bought it as soon as it hit the shelves.

I also have quite a few of the Star Wars collection, I'll have to get a photo or two.

Great stuff guys. I had a huge space lego collection in the eighties but left it behind at my parents when I moved out (I think my nephew has it now)
I've also been on the Missouri in Hawaii a number of years back. Very impressive display to a guy that's only seen a 60' tugboat!

Anyway here's what I have in my display cases:
First the trains

Hey nice stuff guys, I like the models and such as well, lots of interests!
I think I noticed lots of unfinished projects also, maybe time to "git'er done"?
I hide my "to do's" on another shelf which by the way is getting too full!

Hey wheeler1963,

that CSX loco you have in your display case at the end...Is that based off of a real loco, or is it just a custom patch job over the original Chessie scheme? Just wondering! It looks pretty neat...Could you post a better pic?

Rich,

Not sure which one you meant, so here is both CSX patch jobs I have. They aren't based on any real units. Just have a bunch of extra SD40-2 shells and lots of extra decals, so I started making patch jobs.

Jerome, looks like you did a damn good job on both those locos! I especially like the ex-Family Lines SD40. Pretty convincing if you ask me. I am a pre-CSX / CSX fan and I am always looking for new ideas. I have seen some patch jobs that have had hood doors from other units, but it seems hard to find pictures of these. Once I even saw a picture of a Chessie System SD40 with the "WE" part of Western Maryland showing through the worn paint. VERY unique! If I could find another picture of that loco or at least find the reaod number I would try to recreate this. Anyways, great looking units Jerome at any rate!
