I need to bend it down some more which is why the light looks so bright, it's pointing towards me not down, but the glue hasn't set yet, so I'll do that in the morning as well as fix the door. :(

Gotta luv yu neighbors huh Chris :)

The light looks good mate and will be interesting to see how much of a difference bending it down ward a little makes to the intensity of the light.

That is certainly bright compared to the interior lighting which looks great . Do you think it might need to be toned down a little?
Yeah, even tho' that's supposed to be warm white, but it was a bugger to fit as I had the same problem you had with the basswood, and I've had a rubbish day so I just fitted the nearest resistor to hand.

I love working with wood but it does have its draw backs from time to time. I am sure you will get it looking perfect mate and don't let having a "rubbish day" get to you - there's always tomorrow to look forward to :)

Well, ahh - Happy Birthday" mate? I think and yeah, getting older is a real pain in the butt and knees and back and so on. I really try to ignore the numerical age thing though mate and just go by how I feel. Sometimes that is counter productive as well though :)

Thank's Tony, dimming that light makes a big difference.

I've done down the other side of the track, the tape is just so I don't go too far as that will be the fence line.
