Today is anniversary #50 of the best, wisest and smartest decision I have ever made.

I guess that was the sleeping pill kicking in last night and the message didn’t get posted. Need to figure out how I switched keyboards and got those two Japanese characters in. Made it to 0500 and took my pills and eye drops. Now everything comes under dr and nurse control.

I did. My nephew was here to help with the heavier groceries like dog food and bags of can goods and laundry soap.

I was able to get an appointment for a haircut today. I can't tell you how good a fresh hair cut makes me feel. I looked like a bum yesterday when they discharged me. I badly needed a haircut, hadn't shaved since Sunday morning, needed a shower, etc.

Feels great to almost be my old self.

I cut my own hair, like mowing the lawn with a Whal trimmer.
