Running Bear's October 2026 Coffee Shop

Man! She's lucky! I asked my buddies to go get me Mickey D's when I got stuck in the hospital and they wouldn't do it. Mickey D's is right next to the hospital. I should have snuck out in my gown and my IV cart. It was when I was only getting lemon pepper pork chop every day.

Speaking of lemon pepper, my chicken turned out pretty good. I should have pulled it a couple of minutes earlier since these were thin sliced, but overall, it was pretty good. Walmart screwed up and sent me one roll of Grand regular biscuits and one roll of flakey buiscuits. I grabbed the regular biscuits without looking at the package until they came out of the oven.

Still good, just not what I ordered.

Is the statin ala-carte or an included side?

I already took mine for today.

Tomorrow is home cooking for both meals (and yogurt for breakfast)

And, I'm having a glass of California Pinot Noir to help with the heart health.

Have you heard of the new wine that's being developed for incontinence sufferers? It's called Pinot More.

so I offered some to a guy at the bar who looked like he could use some food. But he declined. Said it would go right through him.

Is that an indication how slow the service is in that restaurant?

hopefully your food got to you quicker than this poor guy!

Ah, proper motivation!

And I appreciate it! Looks good and helps me to decide what I want to make.
Portions and proportions. A lot of it goes in the freezer and makes the next meal sometime down the month. Less to have to cook.

You got that right Kusojiji. One of the girls I'm friends with walks 7 miles after work on Friday's and she looks great. I'm interested in girls who are 70 plus and still want to look good and do something about it. Swal

What? You cradle robber going after them young'uns! haha

Actually, I can understand being closer to your age as there really isn't anything in common if the ages are too great. I can't figure out the ones that are 20 years younger. It could also be the difference in culture as well.
