Kind of like seen below? I think it’s from the site. This is Mobile Safari. Got one again today before I logged in. After login it went away and came back a few screens later and now is cycling through various topics at the bottom of the screen.

Good morning. Terry was still off taking tests and her nurse took one look at me at 10 when I got there and said sit here. A few minutes later I had an appointment 2 floors up and millions of steps later in the staff medical clinic. Ran some blood, checked the throat and GAVE ME A SHOT! A real shot of penicillin. I haven’t had one of those since I was a teenager. I have a Z pack to start tomorrow. Doctor said if I’m around my wife or in the clinic or hospital for the next few days wear a mask. They billed it as Urgent Care. If I hadn’t seen a doctor the nurse said they’d have had to send me home.

Back in Terry’s room the nurse said she was in the pulmonary clinic until noonish! I have not seen her yet today but we talked on the phones twice

Looks like Google ads are running amuck again. Bob has said in the past he limits the ads, but it seems like periodically the ads go off the reservation despite the limits he’s set.

Must've slept weird last night as my back is really complaining this morning. Might have annoyed it the last few days with a LOT of straightening/sorting into short bins in the train room. So I've got heat on it and took some stronger meds for it. Gonna have to get up to make coffee anyway.

With all of the CT scans I had last month, they discovered a compression fracture on top of my L1 vertebrae. I asked if that was causing my sciatic problems on occasion and the answer was yes. It doesn't happen very often, but it's very uncomfortable for several days until it subsides again.

No explanation about how it happened and I don't have a clue. It's just there.

Oh, I know what my back problems are, seven fractured vertebrae 20+ years ago and currently 3 slightly bulged discs and one bulged. Going to a specialist later this month.
 
Good morning, all! Some nice Fall weather here in H town. While the temps are in the mid to upper 80's the humidity is in the 40% to 50% range.

I use Ad Blocker with both Edge and Opera and I never see ads on either browser.

NOTE - Scam season must have started. In the last couple of days, I have received 4 scam emails. 2 from a relative and 2 from 2 different friends. One needs to pay attention to every email, even if it has name attached you know.
