Taylor’s dad?
i seem to remember Tom Swift funnies in "Boys Life" on the humor page. And here I thought I was the only one to remember Tom Swift…
I agree we are responsible for our medical treatment. My medical knowledge comes from asking questions concerning the chronic conditions I suffer from. I want to understand better in the hope that I can improve my quality of life. I can't leave everything to doctors, I have to do my part.I think we should question our doctors when we don't understand something.
That is even more reason for the rest of us who don't have severe reactions to the vaccine to stay up to date.Unfortunately, when you end up at the ER from a side affect of a shot, Mr. Vaccine is not your friend...
You're very welcome. I was very, very surprised and impressed with it. So impressed that I took 93 pictures there, plus a few that I deleted. I wasn't expecting anything approaching this magnitude and I am very glad that I went by. Even my wife was impressed, which is saying a lot for her and layouts! Please note that the while the museum is open 7 days a week, the train exhibit is only open on Saturdays from 10 to 3.Great pictures of the layout visits, the one in Texas City I tossed on the list for the next venture into Texas. Thanks
Only one way to deal with these two jokers:
They are just now starting to restore some of the equipment that's sitting in the yard. Hopefully this extremely rare side rod powered electric (might be the only one of its kind on the continent) will soon be next. The "Old Rivets" first GG1 has been neglected for a long time also.Mac- Great photos but the Electrics are in rough shape. Not criticizing the RRMP. They have done tremendous restoration work.
Very nice, looks like a great layout to run on!When the Rapido SP B-50 boxcars came out I indulged. Six new cars for the Coast Merchandise. Also picked up two regular freight car red ones.
Took the train to the club last night and ran it. I like it!
Silly me, thinking I could fix it...The replacement, surprisingly, took several hours of work...(Maybe I lost my touch?), Nah! Similar to the old one, but made more cheaply, (noticeably). Had to lube the fasteners to get them to tighten up.Joe- Silly me, when I read that your latch was frozen, I thought from the cold!![]()
What they did to the PRR steam collection, was grossly negligent, Same with the 4800, and the DD1...The Crusader Observation, next to the DD1, used to be inside...another priceless car built in 1937 by Budd for the Reading. First Eastern Streamliner the Crusader. They are just now starting to restore some of the equipment that's sitting in the yard. Hopefully this extremely rare side rod powered electric (might be the only one of its kind on the continent) will soon be next. The "Old Rivets" first GG1 has been neglected for a long time also.
