Today just keeps getting better.:confused:

I just noticed that a deer munched 6 of our roses. Just took the buds.😤 Then I looked over my deck into the neighbors yard and saw the b@$t@rd.

Actually no. I did a thorough vacuum, multiple times, after the first weeks after her passing. I didn't find one dog hair today.

Lots of cobwebs and wooly boogers though.
Little Johnny: "Deacon said that we come from dust and we'll return to dust. Is that true?"
Mom: "Yes, Johnny it's true, it says so in the Good Book."
Little Johnny: "Well someone is either coming or going under the bed!"

He's just a yearling. Still has fuzz on his antlers.

All the bucks are in "velvet" right now while the antlers are growing. Around August they will have bare racks. Most of our deer are Black Tails, so they get antlers like Mule deer. Not necessarily a lot of points, but wide spread.

Here's a Big Black Tail from last year still in velvet around the beginning of August.

They munch on anything with flowers that my wife plants here. I am worried she will take up poaching. ...hmm, might be a way to justify that suppressor I've been eyeballing...

My buddy brought in something that resembled pork and beans with ketchup for the chili cook off that we had in the office. While it wasn't bad, it technically wasn't chili.

One of the suits brought in banh mi sandwiches and ended up winning the cook off, so I guess it was technically closer to chili than the pork and beans with ketchup was...

I'm so confused!!!! haha

howdi folks

- airport is up and running
- sun is out and the weather looking good
- vacation upcoming (just one week but still VACATION!)

tonight i will have a meeting at a fire on a small mountain with our "guild".
tomorrow a disc golf tournament on our local course, then vacation woop woop.

but first part of the week will be renovating the kitchen. on tuesday my new 3D printer should arrive (WOOP WOOP!). exciting week ahead i would say.

at the moment iam figuring out how much it will cost me to ship dangerous goods (DG) from the US to switzerland. holy hell thats a rabbit hole for it self. but if it works and is not "too expensive" it could be that my shop will be the only shop in europe with this product. well i will keep you posted on that.

wish you all a great weekend.

cheers
Marco

Good morning all!

Happy Friday!

Finally will get back to average today. Currently its 48F with the highs supposed to hit 71F under mostly sunny skies. I see looking out
this morning we must of had rain overnight. The streets and back deck were wet. Couldn't of been much as it didn't even really measure
in the rain gauge.

Usual household duties around the house today. Yard is about ready to be cut. We will see if it happens today. or tomorrow.

Not much else going on. Lets hope for a quiet Friday!

Have a safe day everyone!
