Dreaming about being outside on the golf course with some friends. I revisited how to use Corel Painter to add an errant golf shot in the flowerbed. Swal

Looks like CN has unveiled their 250th anniversary tribute locomotives too!

Talk about upping the game!

Very, very NICE. :)

WOW CN scored with those locomotives. Hopefully some maker [Kato? please] will make one of those, even though I do steam, I would grab one of those in a heartbeat. Plus, kind of cool, they were done at the Homewood shops, near where I used to live.

I hang out a Trainboard as much as here, and I detest Cloudflake, it is a problem there and on another site I hang out at.

Yea, I don't model CN but when (cause you know They're going to do them) ScaleTrains comes out with that "Screamin" Eagle scheme Its probably going to find a place on my layout!

What problems do you notice besides the initial connection "checks" it does? Whenever I'm there it seems fast and fine except for the initial connection delay, and usually that's only 2-4 seconds. (I have had it time out before and be longer but normally its short).

I'm not advocating for CloudFlare here or anywhere but that connection delay is better than a forum that is down or super slow all the time.

That’s you.
Now add a million other people all asking questions, and imagine how slow a site would be if a million bots were browsing the forum.
I just checked, and there are 12 users and 1600 “guests” browsing the forum at this time. Those 1600 guests are bots.
Is there a reason the bots do that to i site? I need a little more knowledge on this please.

I told everyone here that I would be going into the hospital soon, but I didn't say why. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer 2 months ago. The last 19 weekdays I've been going for radiation treatment. That's every day, no weekends for the last 19 days. I have 9 more days to go for a total of 28 days. The actual treatment only takes about 10 minutes. That's the easy part. Getting ready for it is one big pain. Your colon must be pretty much empty. Your bladder must be full. These are the parameters that have to be met every day at 1:30 pm. If these 2 requirements are not meant you go home and come back another day. This is not easy. It creates a lot of problems. Thank God I only have 9 more days to go. The doctor tells me the success rate of being cured 95%. I don't feel sick at all, I actually feel pretty good but the daily parameters that must be met take their mental toll on you. This is where I lay every day at 1:30 pm for about 10 minutes. Swal

I'm in the process of preparing my trains for short term storage. While going through a box, I found this locomotive, and decided to see if it still worked. Note inside the box indicated Last run 01/27/2015 - No Defects.

BLI Paragon II I2sa, 2-10-0 # 4628, with long distance tender with Train Phone. Test run was successful in both directions. Sound loud but OK.
