I don't have a 2025 price guide. The 2021 guide should be close enough. I stopped by new guides when I imposed a spending ban on myself, that I mostly adhere to.

Good mornin' y'all. Hope everyone is doing well this Monday morning. Its 43 and partly cloudy in Cheyenne with a wind chill of 33 with winds from W @ 16 gusting to to 24. Hi for today 61, low tonight 29; no precipitation in the immediate forecast. Windy and cooler later in the week but looks pleasant enough.
Weekend went well. Got the workbench/desktop man-corner set up and organized. Getting back on my routine slowly but surely. Time change doesn't help a whole lot. Up and down the stairs and back and forth to the garage/train shed gets a little easier every day. Getting out today with NJ(ret) to get labs drawn and maybe a short outing to Michael's or Hobby Lobby. This last round a-fib plus altitude change, etc. really knocked the crap out of me. Doc said it may take a couple of months to get acclimated and meds adjusted accordingly.
I hear the Keurig gurgling so its coffee time - daily 12 oz mug of Colombia Supremo. Wifey picked some big a** cinnamon rolls at local bakery this morning. Gonna heat me up one of 'em and down this daily menagerie of meds.

For the most part, we have had good Amazon delivery drivers here. They either got rid of the one who didn't read the delivery instructions, or he realized that they were there.
That's the best way to avoid having to set the clocks up or back. I have one attached to the back of the house like that. It's always on DST since I only use it in the Summer when in the pool.
Ever since the stroke at age 51 I can't remember names worth a hoot. The rest I am not affected by at 64, except the last one, and only because my batter half keeps moving stuff!!

At 60 my body is failing, but my mind is still good. Except when my blood pressure falls too low, then all bets are off!
I lost my keys for several days. My wife found them in a box of aluminum trays in the utility room. We haven't used those trays since our last 4th of July party in 2022.

My blood pressure is ok in the morning. Not always in the late afternoon and seldom ok in the evening. I have been doing better. It hasn't fallen below 90/60 in weeks. I break 100 two or three times a week! I attribute my improvement to drinking lots of sugar free tea mixed with lemonade Kool-Aid when I'm on the road.
Back again and it’s still morning. They did the eye pressure tests on her 3 times this morning and she passed all 3. They took her 10 minutes ago and I just realized I can connect to the Clinic WiFi on my IPadPro. So here I am. Using the phone to read is fine, trying to type on the phone is not for me
Finished reading the neighborhood news letter that came out Sunday night. Seems one of our sort of close neighbors has chickens and will sell eggs at $3.00 per dozen but you must sign a 6 month contract for at least 1 dozen per week. Since eggs at the grocery are hovering around $6 per dozen and predictions are for another 40% increase signing up maybe a good idea. The online news about eggs is the inflated prices will remain probably for the next 18 months. In other egg news is the USA#1 producer is reporting record profits even though 1/2 the chickens were destroyed. Gee, how can that happen?
We see both, but mainly Amazon vans. The contractors though, are usually in unmarked vans and not cars. Other than one black guy with pink hair, I'm not sure that I've seen anyone more than twice. I've seen him in his Amazon van 4 or 5 times. But I only see about 60% of them anyway. Sometimes it's just them driving up the easement road to one of the neighbors since I'm in the yard a lot.

Chances are the unmarked vans are owned by Amazon. Very few independent contractors use full size cargo vans. The cost per mile for full size cargo vans is too high and the base rate ($18-$21) is too low. I was one of the few but used a mini-cargo van.
Amazon uses contractors to drive many of their marked vans as well. Marked or unmarked they are all not Amazon employees. Many of them work for other contractors who lease 50-100 vans from Amazon.
Amazon does employee some drivers. Amazon's drivers are well paid with fair benefits. The contractors, not so much. This was how Jeff Bezos got Bernie Sanders off his back about Amazon's minimum wage. Bernie is not as smart as he thinks he is.
Several years ago, I was offered an opportunity to lease 50 vans from Amazon, no money down. After reviewing the offer, I turned it down. The only way to make a decent profit is to underpay the drivers and provide little or no benefits. I didn't have the cold heart to do it. People are more important than money, count me out. Which is why I have always been a "one man show". I've hired contractors over the years, but I always paid union scale or higher. Even if I did have the cold heart to do it or the deal was fair, I'm too worn down for all that stress. I could never have too much money, but I can't spend it if I'm dead.
