I'm deeply sorry to read this.I was asked to man the penalty box doors yesterday as someone had to cancel. I said no. I was an association board member for 12 years up north while my kids played with 6 years as president (no term limits). I told the person I put my time in and we as a family have donated enough to the grandson’s association, I will just be a spectator. That didn’t sit well with this person and I had to ask them to walk away from our table at the restaurant last night.
Troy, I have shelves like that, they are great!Wife has her shelving units up
We were at that point last year. My daughter was in conference and regionals in volleyball. She was also doing bowling and scholastic bowl, and travel volleyball on top of that. We literally for 3 months had something going every night and weekends too. Plus keeping up with school and homework. I could defiantly see the toll it was taking, not only on her but us too as we had to be take and be there too. This half of the year she decided against scholastic bowl and bowling but is going to do the short travel volleyball season. So while not as bad as last year we will still be busy..As I’ve written before I think he plays too much but I’m just a grandparent not the parents.
Thems fighting words. We have both in our area. I much prefer In-N-Out burgers but they don’t have as much variety of what you can put on as Culver’s and both are great choices. Culver’s also has a lot more stuff to choose on the side or in addition to burgers. I like the onion rings for example. And the buffalo chicken strips. (The normal ones are kind of bleh but the buffalo ones are great). Plus there is the frozen custard at Culver’s.I’ll take a Culver’s butter burger over anything In and Out make.
And he also had an MTH shell for Conrail O gauge E44. Also a first for me. MTH came up with scale E33 and E44 several years before, but untill today, i've seen the E44 only once and it was in Pennsylvania RR scheme. The MTH E44s are hard to find. This comparison is at home; my scratch built H0 gauge E44 with the 0 gauge shell in the back:
Makes no sense to me. Neither one of those is around here. The closest thing we have is a Sonic.Thems fighting words. We have both in our area. Culver’s is 2 miles away and In-N-Out is about 5? miles. We hit both as we can. Recently our eat-out budget is low so not a lot. Culver’s was my most recent of the two.
We have Sonic as well. In fact we had a Sonic near where the In-N-Out was built. Within a year the Sonic was gone. It moved to a new location a few miles away.Makes no sense to me. Neither one of those is around here. The closest thing we have is a Sonic.![]()
Different time, different continent. Interesting that the first examples of the German E44 were tested in the land i'm from; Lower Silesia. One of them might have been assigned to Breslau locomotive shed.I know I’ve said this before months ago but every time I see E44 I have to remember you’re not talking about this:

The first electric locomotive in Germany (at least with regular production).
Good to see an old CF7 still working. They were all built less than 100 miles from me in Cleburne from mainly F7's; hence the C and the F7.On the way home i stopped in York to get the low sun pick with a rare CF7:
I was wondering what the "C" stands for, thanks.Good to see an old CF7 still working. They were all built less than 100 miles from me in Cleburne from mainly F7's; hence the C and the F7.
