The food was really good but expensive (so have not yet reordered). When we first bought them the pickled cucumbers were really crispy and good. A couple days ago the wife found one of the bags in the back of the refrigerator and there was one pickled cucumber left. It has been there since last spring or so. It was still good but rather not crisp and not so great.
Naturally fermented vegetables are really healthy for you.
A Brownie is a younger version of a Girl Scout. Just like a Cub Scout is a younger version of a Boy Scout. What exactly is a Brownie...because i must be getting different visuals here![]()
Must go with the territory, because i've heard many times State Troopers being called Brownies...this being truck driver slang.A Brownie is a younger version of a Girl Scout. Just like a Cub Scout is a younger version of a Boy Scout.

One of my favorites: "Breaker one nine, hey east bound, you've got a meat wagon coming your way"-ambulance with emergency sirens and lights onAnd many other colorful terms I’m sure!
You could be more right than you know.
When my oldest daughter was in the Army stationed at a medical facility in Vilseck, Germany she asked her Colonel "My dad eats lots of cured meats, is it safe?" His answer was "your dad's body will last much longer than most after he dies, but I doubt the cured meat will do him much harm."

I keep saying I will go to the train room. Today I will.
Oldest grandson is visiting after school. He really helps me with Dawn. Making challenging times a lot easier.
