I just checked with my niece She's a CNS nurse (Clinical Nurse Specialist) and a couple others I'm not sure of Quoted Smudges post to her and she totally agrees with it No falsified anything So if anyone is quoting false statements you are
Also some people are asymptomatic meaning they have whatever disease but show no systems and can still spread the disease to others
This is simple; people are dying it's a epidemic. People are just "confirmed cases" or "contracted a disease"-that's not epidemic. What's there to be confused about, this is not rocket science. In my country (Poland) the officials forbade going in the forest-stupid. In Sweden no restrictions were imposed-no greater deaths, no greater amount of so called "contractions". Are you still not seeing how ridiculous the whole thing was?

I'm not confused about anything I guess you just make up stuff to suit your idea of what you think is going on
And it's not ridiculous If you hear first hand how bad it was My niece worked sometimes 24 or more hours straight trying to save people
So if you want to ridicule her you know where you can go
I may get scolded by one of the mods but your statements are total bull 💩

As for confirmed cases of over 600 million and that's not a epidemic ??
You are delusional and very uninformed

What part did you miss, this one obviously.

6,898,266 deaths from the coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak as of July 07, 2023, 13:29 GMT

And using Sweden as a example is inconclusive at best, due to various climate and social conditions, not to mention that Sweden does not have the highly concentrated population area's other countries have.

600 million cases? Of what? Death?
@Smudge617 just quoted 6 million. Do you see how you both are canceling eachother out?
You are completely ignoring my statements and instead are flying right around them. So i'll say it again; abnormal number of deaths constitute pandemic, cases of just sickness like flu, which C19 is, do not constitute declaring epidemic or pandemic in multiple countries. Now you do the homework and come up with number of flu related DEATHS for every year for the past 30 or 40 years.

So yesterday thanks to the forum I may have found out why FL_9 engines had such bad side to side movements on turns. No one I ever worked with could figure it out. The engine department didn't know. You guys solved the mystery. I'll let some engineers I use to work with and now play golf with know. Some are big model RR fans. I looked up the truck specs and this is what I found. I don't know what the below info mean.
Swal

As such, the back end of the locomotive was quite heavy requiring a three-axle, A1A truck (a three-axle truck whereby the center axle was unpowered) to accommodate the load. Because of this the FL9 featured a unique B-A1A truck setup.

You have your opinion I have mine, think we need to put this to bed and agree to disagree.

Discussion over, I'm done with this.

Evening all,

Busy this morning at the office. We've missed out on some of the more significant rain, but have had enough that I haven't had to water since the 4th. Currently raining after I got the front yard mowed. I think the green beans are about done, got 6 more cucumbers, and about a pound of the yellow pear tomatoes. Looks like several of the better boy tomatoes are starting to show some color change.

77° and rain, with a little thunder thrown in. Supposed to be about the tomorrow.

Have a good night.

Not a completely original wheel arrangement, as the Fairbanks-Morse C liners built for passenger service also had the same set up, but on more of an AAR style set of trucks. LIRR, NYC and others had these.
