Good kids usually come from good parents.Thanks. Both my kids are pretty good. Both have their faults. My son has stepped up with this house project. He is tired of it and some days he is a little more resistant to getting started but he always gets out with me and works. Hopefully he is learning from the experience.
I used to like some french wines, but I preferred Single Malt Scotch FWIW, but I rarely drink anything stronger than Dark roast coffee any more.A word you say, or are you hinting at a couple of bottles of Fench wine I wonder.![]()
Here it's called Pizza...New York style is something made elsewhere that resembles real Pizza. There are still some shops that can make a decent Pizza, including White Pie and Sicilian variants. Then there is Tomato Pie, which is literally tomatoes, no cheese or toppings. It is NOT a Pizza. Founf mostly in the Trenton area.No New York style?
Which at Uno's called Chicago Style... A knock off of Sicilian.BTW, that "detroit" style looks lot like Pizza Hut from back in the day... "pan pizza"
Curt: She does not have it...nor is she in the contact group. She's pissed that she's not being tested...FOMO. I think she's angry that she didn't get it. as she lives to get sick...She's always been a hypochondriacI hope the "Echo" went well. I also hope your MIL remains healthy. I would think she got all the updates. It would be easy to verify that with a lawyer. Kathy and Dad are proof that the fully immunized you can still get it, just like the flu shot. Most likely it's from the staff.
Growing up in Chicago and it suburbs the pizza was top notch. similar I am sure to the local NYC places. The son lived in Harlem while interning at the Electric Lady studios. He hit pizza joints all over and took me and Terry along to a few. All good.Living in WNY there are pizza places all over. The chains don't last very long. Everyone has a type and style of pizza. I'm sure Tom's list is top notch, but here you don't have to travel far for the type of pizza you like.
There was a show one time on Vice (cable station) and this guy went all over NYC to different famous pizzerias. Each one did a different type (NY style deep dish ect.) and by the end of the hour long show I was craving pizza so bad I had to order one.![]()
Sounds like a date night for you and the wifeYes local Pizza joints are better, usually, than the chains. However, when I am hungry, or buying for my workers, or need something quick the chains will do. It's all good.
There are some fabulous local places around here. One that is famous in our region is called "The Pie" or "The Pie Pizzeria" which specials in more deep-dish kind of style. (They are still round and sliced normally but have a semi thick crust and really really thick toppings)**. I've not searched out the good local ones really, here, though one day I will try a few new-to-me ones. With a family of varying needs and wanted when it comes to food, we do easy for now. Wife, for example, is not really into Pizza (except Pie Pizzeria).
Anyway, enough rambling.
** as I think about it, since it's been a while since we've been, they may actually be square and cut in squares. All I know is it is really good, different than most places around here, and the wife likes it, which is not true of Pizza in general.

You could probably order it, but it won't be sent till this cyber attack is resolved. Before ordering anything from Hatton's, I will wait until the end of the Russian cyber attack against the Royal Mail.
