I'm curious what McDonalds kit this might be. It's definitely not the vintage Life Like kit, and it's not the modern retro look kit from Faller. I thought it might be the 3D printed kit by The Railroad Connection, but on closer inspection, it's not that one either.

You win on the Bel-Airs! When I put the ones I took pictures of away, I counted them. 16. I have the yellows, the reds, the gold one with the trailer. I have a red with blue top and the black ones. The bright green & white I don't have, but I have three of the green & ivory two tone, which is my favorite of that model. I did find about four more 53 wagons, plus a couple of the panel version like yours. A plain one and a Rexall delivery wagon. I don't care for the Hot wheels, but I did pick up some stuff that is out of my era. A Dodge convertible from the 60's, a Charger, a couple of Shelby Cobras, and one or two other sports cars & muscle cars as well as two Hudson Hornets. I also found a ton of those Athearn Checker cabs in several schemes, four or five Union Ice Company trucks and a ton of other stuff I won't go into right now. I was thinking of populating a fairly large layout that didn't get built after I joined NAPM. There was no point! I should probably join the 1/87 vehicle club. I also found a bunch of stuff I don't remember buying (sad, ain't it?), as well as the rest of my stash of metal Mini Metals. They are the only ones who did a white COE cab which is my second favorite after the Mack B-60. Vehicles are fun!Alan- I will see your dozen '55 Chevys and raise you with 28.

As I gathered the '55s, I totaled up 11 of these '49 Mercury hot rods.

And here is the sum total of my '53 Ford station wagon collection.
I think I have more vehicles than rolling stock.....cause they are so small.
Shows how many vehicles a layout can swallow!
Curt- For the first three years I belonged to the Wrecking Crew, my wife went to some of the meetings and made several scene suggestions that are still on the club layout. She still looks over most of my projects and makes practical color and detail suggestions.Actually, it was MOH that got me back into MRR"ing. She usually makes suggestions which if it makes sense to do I try to do, but there are a lot that just wouldn't work.
Lee- A very nice collection of vehicles. I had not seen a Corvair model before.Well since we’re posting cars I might as well post mine on the O scale layout
Alan-I have everything from polyester models to Williams plastic kits to metal Jordan kits to ready made Classic Metal and Oxford Models. You win on the Bel-Airs! That structure is actually ~90% scratchbuilt from Evergreen styrene, the only 'kit' parts are the roof and the forward part of the arches from Vollmer's European McDonalds kit: https://www.ebay.com/itm/3339491686...BWOLILG4hvqVy6adDFbZVOhq3URtMhIAaAv2QEALw_wcBI'm curious what McDonalds kit this might be. Chad - Interesting tale regarding the gas station. Here in Texas, most stations have a decal on their pumps explaining that very information regarding the $150 hold.
I love the detail at your gauge, I have accidentally bought a larger one unfortunately it was a gaudy mini, still it might do as a weathering job, except it is a tv car so may have value in the future decisions decisions.Well since we’re posting cars I might as well post mine on the O scale layout View attachment 140814View attachment 140817View attachment 140819View attachment 140820View attachment 140821View attachment 140823View attachment 140825View attachment 140826View attachment 140827
