Yeah, we caught all kinds of hell about that last year. My suggestion was to shave the sides and call it the Washington Monument. Unfortunately word had already gotten out. A news crew even came by.

Evening All,

Went out to dinner at a Thai restaurant tonight. Earlier today I raked the other side of the yard and when the grand kids came over after school They helped me bag the piles. I still have the back to do. The kids did a good job so I paid them for their help.

I received Cal Scale round locomotive number boards that Pennsy steam freight locos use in the mail. I was planning to put the loco number in the center but I don't know if I will be able to since it is so darn small. I will probably go to the train club tomorrow afternoon.

Sunday I want to fix the slight kink in the track that I noticed in the photo of the turn out I just put in. The kink is in the approach track. My locos go through it without issue, but it bothers me now that I know it is there.

Louis- It sounds like you and your grandson had a great time.

• The Savannah and Atlanta Railway (not yet Class I), in receivership since March 4, 1921 and trusteeship since January 1, 1937, is reorganized under the same name.
• The Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad acquires a portion of the property of subsidiary Quincy, Omaha and Kansas City Railroad (no longer Class I), and the rest is abandoned.

Good morning everybody!

16 with sunny skies in southeast Baltimore.

The total accumulation of snow in Baltimore is down this winter according to the weather people, but I can't remember so many days with so snow covered ground. Maybe it's just me getting tired of snow.

Only 32 days until little league baseball can begin! I am looking forward to the first Saturday in April so very much!!!
