Good morning! It's 65° in Tipton.
I remember Gino’sI can get Gino's Giant in Glen Burnie. Maybe only Boris or Karl will know what I'm talking about.
I assume it wasn't holding as much of a charge as it was rated for?Hey Troy, how did they know the capacitor was failing? I can still do my own service and I'm curious.
You had a productive day!
If the capacitor is bulging or split, it's failing/failed.I assume it wasn't holding as much of a charge as it was rated for?
I'm not an electrician by any means. I know how to wire an outlet, and make sure the power is off so I don't send pliers flying across the room.![]()
Back when I had motorcycles, I always wanted to take off for several weeks and ride the entire route from Chicago to California. It would of been really cool to see all the roadside attractions and stop at all the interesting ones that are still around., I got some travel guides for Rt. 66. Still planning on making that run sometime.
Too bad that site doesn't measure up. Based on our several Culvers with an hour of where I live, I'd take an In-N-Out burger over a Culvers butter burger or any other variety any day. But If people want to go to Culvers or we don't want the extra drive I have no problem as the Culvers's burger is quite good (Culvers is about 2 miles from my hosue -- In-N-Out about 5 miles and when you're on a lunch break from work sometimes you don't want to drive or someone wants chicken or something). In and Out burgers in Austin is totally overhyped and to me doesn’t measure up to the single pattie butter burger at any Culver’s.
As I have posted before, I have never eaten at a McDonalds in my life.
Agreed! There are a couple of local dive taverns around here that make killer burgers that are worlds better than any of the burger chains.Just in the liberal state of Dane County of Wisconsin though I can think of 3 tap houses and a mom and pop diner that serve better burgers than any of the chains and with decent pricing
I told my children and now my grandchildren :-Back when I had motorcycles, I always wanted to take off for several weeks and ride the entire route from Chicago to California. It would of been really cool to see all the roadside attractions and stop at all the interesting ones that are still around.
Sadly I never accomplished that.
I defiantly can't eat that, but it looks good!Good morning! It's 65° in Tipton. View attachment 194749

I second that!Luckily burger preference is a personal preference and there is no right or wrong.
That is what I was thinking, but how do you measure the charge? Voltage across the capacitor?I assume it wasn't holding as much of a charge as it was rated for?
That would make it easy.If the capacitor is bulging or split, it's failing/failed.
