Well, howdy there internet peeps and those who had a concrete mixer today.

It's Troy again, and my mixer is (almost) safely consumed.
Only one large glob plopped onto my shirt while eating it. But it had a hunk of cookie dough in it. Double Loss!

Wife insists, that even if we eat the burgers at Culvers, we bring the ice cream home.

That presents a dilemma. I'm driving so I don't get it eat it while its still set like concrete... It melts.

So I put in it the freezer for about 10 minutes.

That's never long enough. I still have semi-solid soup... but I WANT my ice cream! NOW...

I should learn to just sit at the kitchen table, lean forward and eat.

But I sit in the recliner and lean back... then gravity kicks in.

Gravity: It's not just a good idea! It's THE LAW! Even with cookie-dough laced frozen custard

Good early evening. The grandson and I went on campus to see #4 Texas destroy the #8 UW Badger women in volleyball 3-0. The 1st 2 games were close but the 3rd wasn’t even close. We stuck around for the #5 Creighton/#14Kansas game but both of us decided we had absolutely no interest after the 1st set.

Off to Butterbird a higher end chicken only place instead of Wingstop! We can now say we’ve been there and tried it. It was fine but I doubt I’ll come back. Next up will be national chains Dave’s Hot Chicken or Raising Canes which Terry and I tried in Iowa on the way to Texas last year.

I have not been in the train room yet. I’m thinking tomorrow I will work on my layout and the paper mill facades for a friend’s layout. For his layout I have 32’ of facades to work on. I have sketches for the backgrounds so it’s just a matter of cutting the styrene. All the black styrene I have is cut into 18” x 48” pieces so the facades will be 48” sections. He was having windows 3d printed but a buddy planning to do them backed out. The daughter said she can do them but at her time frame not ours. He sent her the files to print from but I haven’t heard from either about how it’s going. I will sketch out the window openings with white ink to show how it will look. I’m not cutting any openings until I have some windows in hand. To start my layout needs to be cleaned, another circuit breaker added and some wiring re-checked

Enjoy the evening
