Googling about I found reference to three Frisco GP7 sub lettered for QAP, 546, 547, and 564. Since the Frisco was its parent company, that makes sense as does the photo of the QAP’s train The Flash being lead by Frisco F3s.

You are correct, but I believe that #564 was almost immediately wrecked.
