Has anyone seen the chap who joined back in January or February (I think) that was building a small L shaped layout with tight curves. It was up against a wall, and none of us were sure his locos would be able to negotiate these curves and the grades that he had planned for and built. He changed the track plan a couple of times too.

Said his grandkids loved it when he got it running.

All of a sudden he stopped posting and disappeared. He had also posted on another railroad forum with his layout and disappeared from there too.

That's a good question. The description sounds familiar, but I can't put a name with it right now.

I don't think so. He has been posting regularly. I think this poster only posted a few times and was kind of shrugging off the
advise and left never to be seen again. If I am remebering right.

I faintly remember the poster and tried to find the thread but was not successful. I didn't spend a lot of time trying to find it.
