What do you mean by overview, it’s hard getting a full shot above based on the size?May I ask for an overview ? Thanks.
Between two track I usually let 70mm. Mainly because I use track sections.Well my plan did not work 22 & 24 curves collide ! Grrrrrrrr

Have you thought about something like these, I know you use set track, but I find these helpful.Between two track I usually let 70mm. Mainly because I use track sections.
I will try and get some this aft, have errands to run this morning and the layout is a mess right now. Love that L shaped layout as well and used that as an inspiring plan to follow as well.or several photos taken from different locations will do the trick
Looks like it's going to be a nice sized layout, you worked out where all the structures are going yet.I will try and get some this aft, have errands to run this morning and the layout is a mess right now. Love that L shaped layout as well and used that as an inspiring plan to follow as well.
Haven’t touched the station in a bit, moved it out to the garage while Christmas is in the house.Lo

Before I forget, how's the station coming along?
Roughly 10’4” square with 2 foot wide harbourSorry, but I can't find the dimensions of you layout...Could you (re)post them ? Thanks.
Some more pics again Christian,That's a big one !
No, it’s Code 100, trying to keep it as simple as I can for old pie cutter wheels…..etc…..the crossovers aren’t connected as it will be one DC track and one DCC for now. The ship needs rudder and motor installed still, but that will be closer to the spring. That's really looking good Gary, are you using code 83 track ? I must have missed the post with the ship, looks great.
Thinking about it, why not connect the two tracks now and use insulation joiners, that way if you decide to go full DCC later you wont need to move/connect any track. No, it’s Code 100, trying to keep it as simple as I can for old pie cutter wheels…..etc…..the crossovers aren’t connected as it will be one DC track and one DCC for now.
