Jeff you hit the nail on the head brother! The lawer is sending her the paper work next week and we will set a court date soon! I might have a date soon! She's a looker too:D:p
I wasn't sure whether you'd agree with my assessment. I have no personal experience with marital problems to speak of. I was drawing on what my younger sister went through with her first husband (she's on #3 now) who decided to light off for greener pastures when a doctor told him there was a chance their daughter would be mentally retarded. He abandoned them both without so much as a dime to their name. When tests revealed that the child was normal in all respects he tried several times to kidnap her. On the third attempt he found himself confronted by me and my older sisters husband (at that time we both looked like Charles Atlas) and neither of us was in a good mood. We didn't do anything major to him except to convince him of the error of his ways. Needless to say he didn't try again. My younger sister filed for divorce and after some messy proceedings during which he tried portraying her as the wicked witch of the west the divorce became final. I hope your way isn't as messy.

Jeffery- Glad to hear you are feeling a little better this morning. I don't think you have one of those, "I've fallen and can't get up" buttons!

Chris- sounds as if Jeffery is giving you some pretty good advice, even if it is not from personal experience.
My wife commented a few weeks back to a friend that she had not considered divorce in our 40+ years of marriage. Murder a few times- yes, but not divorce.:D
Have your heard any more about going back to work with the old gang?

TGIF!!!

I'm tring to be civil here as much as possible and look at the bright side of everything! All I can say is God is working in my life and I can CLEARLY see what he has done and which way he's going! My wife is GONE groceries in my eye's! All that's left to do is crap her out! My lawer will be giving her a copy of the settlement agreement, which she should have no problem with. My only concern is child support! It could hurt and it may not just depends! I'm just wishing this stuff would just hurry up and get over with. I'm like a wild animal caught in a trap, and I'm getting ready to chew my own foot off to get loose!

I'm looking to date again and start over slowly, I'm talking to a young lady now and see where it goes. Not in no big hurry to get serious, just looking to fill in my down time with some company of the female kind!:D I got a lot to offer would be a shame to waist it!:o:) Time will tell, what happens;)!

As for my old job I won't know till some time after the 9th of October!:mad: It's the Government, all that red tape they cover crap in. The only thing that can stop me from getting back in is the same thing that got me laid off, That accident 4 years ago! If they over look it I should be back in my Brownie uniform middle of October!:) I'm praying my butt off, and I hope you guys are too! The prayers ARE WORKING, and the light at end of the tunel is comming! The gang is happy, cause with out me they had to really work! ROFLMAO. My old supervisor was telling me of all the winter project they got lined up......They really need me!:p;) Bad!!!:D

Well, got to go the patio needs a hosing off and carpets need shampooing, the restrooms need bleaching.....CUL!

I have nothing but good things to say about Duracell batteries. The ones that were in my blood pressure monitor have been in there for YEARS. They were put in brand new and according to the power check meter on the side of the batteries they still test as good! The date on them is March 2007. I changed them out with Duracell rechargeable batteries anyway and put the old Duracells in my portable tape player. That should kill them off quite effectively.

A little something to fry your screens.

That's about as good as my photo gets. It's very rarely I have a smile on my face as it causes pain just below my eyes. I'm not the first in my family line to have this though I'm the only one in my immediate family. Several of my ancestors, Indians on my mother's side of the family also had it. They looked absolutely grim even when they were happy. One of them got in trouble for it at a political rally because he didn't smile when the politician addressed him. I've gotten in hot water a couple of times myself.

What a week

Everything was fine until about wednesday, then hell opened up.

Wednesday morning the youngest dog, sally, was sprayed by the skunk. The weather has been pretty good this week so the windows were open. The smell went right through the house. We didnt think she had been actually hit, until she went and rolled around my bed, including the clean laundry that was on my dad. I wound up being late to school Wednesday because i had to shower 4 times and change my clothes. I still smelt, but kept a can of Axe in my pocket and just went to the bathroom during class and sprayed up . I took the tomato juice shower that night and it helped alot.

Thursday was more of the same. Still smelt alittle bit but not nearly as bad. However my dad got his new truck :D

Today started off great. I didnt think anything could make today go wrong. Then we left school. Tonight we had a game. Its our only night game and we were supposed to play under the lights. We rode 2 and 1/2 hours and finally arrived at the field. They scored a touchdown in the first quarter and after that it was just a battle of defense. We finally scored and took the lead in the 4th quarter. We wound up losing 13-8. The refs were horrible. Absolutely horrible. I kid you not, in the same period we had two 2 minute warnings, and then was told it was 37 seconds left of play, then 40 seconds left of play. The next quarter we had three 4 minute warnings. For all the refs know we couldve skipped a whole quarter. I dont really know what to say, i was crushed about the loss. We took the lead with minutes left, and then lost it. It was crushing. Ill be the first one to admit i was alittle emotional about it too. The other team had horrible sportmanship about it too. I have an appt with the athletic director on monday apparently. When we were walking back to clean up the bench one of the varsity players from the same school looked at me and the kid i was walking next to and said "there ya go, way to take home the win" and then gave me the finger. I lost it. I dropped my helmet and charged him. Thank god the other kid was their or i wouldve probably been kicked off the team. If it wasnt for him holding my shoulder pads i wouldve been in some serious trouble. At least i wasnt the only one, about 7 other guys did the same thing i did. Its in the past though, ill have the discussion with the A.D about professional attitudes and keeping sportsmanship and be on my way.

The past is the past, were 3-1 now but next saturday we finish off this road series with 4-1.

Check out my dads new ride! Yes, chrome everywhere! Riding on 20s! We had it at 104 on one of the roads outside of town last night. We came to a turn though but she was still climbing fine. The big 5.3l sounds great. I never really like GMC, but this truck is sweet. It looks even better with the vent visors and toneau cover on it. The steps are kind of pointless, but its nice none-the-less. Im not sure if the truck in the picture is the same one or not, but its exactly the same appearance wise. Dont worry, ill show you pics of the real one tommorow :D

O.K. enough with the freakin mug shot's already to early in the GD morning to be puking! God, looks like a who's who of jail house gangstas!:D;) We all need to try to meet some were a get a Coffe Shop Team Photo done.............That should be enough to make a billy goat puke up it's guts and die!ROFLMA

Matt, the side steps on your dads ride...nessary! Woman and OLD Farts, I don't care who they are USE/NEED them! I don't have step's on my rig and always say, I'll get them but never do. My Ex had the damnedest time getting in to the passenger side of the truck! My Sister's 70 year old BF, damn near had a stroke!LOL's My truck isn't that high either, well a little taller than your dads but not by much! The step are a plus in my book!

Here you might dont whant to have a pickup, even less with steps. they tends to struck you in the snow, raise up your rear wheels then you are screwed:( . Im personally bored of driving a minivan/tank, I would rather drive our car but the insurance are SOOOO pricey  its 1400-2000$ a yearfor the audi. Just because some guys with neons and stickers make tons of accident

What?

You dont want to have a Pickup with side steps because they could get stuck in the snow, so drive a mini-van or car instead?

Maybe the term pickup is different across the border, but here, about 150 miles south of Canada, it means a vehicle like the one in the picture. The truck my dad has has 4WD for traction, a 5.3l for torque/horses, and 20s for ride hieght. Plenty for snow if you ask me. Besides, we only get alittle over 2-2.5ft for the season, with an occasion +9in storm. Insurance is the one thing im really not looking forward to when i get to drive.

Chris- I see what you mean about steps. When we were cleaning out the Tundra today i found myself actually using them. Now they just need to be about 8 inches longer to be able to use them to climb into the bed. :D I think you have the 2500 right? My dad originally wanted the 2500 but he wouldve gotten the same motor.

Well today was a pretty good day. I went kayaking with my dad and grandpa. It was about a 5 or 6 miles round trip. We ended inside a paper mill believe it or not. Kindve cool to be floating through a paper mill. I even got to see some tank cars. Ive never seen 60ft tank cars, or a PROCOR car either. Im going to be kindve sore tommorow. I need to go to the mall though. What do you think gents, light blue dress shirt, light green tie, black pants and dress shoes sound good for homecoming?

Matt my truck has a 6.0l in a 5000# truck!.....I do believe a 6.0l is bigger than 5.3, same gas milage! Terry, what do you think, you had the same truck as I..........

A 6.0l would encourage him to do bad things :D Should I tell you about his buddy who broke his rear window, light above the window, tailights and put a huge dent in his tailgate when a chain snapped trying to tow his friends International medium duty dump truck loaded with stone out of a culvert  What about when the same guy tried to tow one of the heavy duty trailers dump trucks haul equipment on, loaded with a small backhoe and several pallets of slate. Didnt quite want to go up the stone driveway to the house on the hill :D

Its kindve impressive that you can get the same mpgs as a 5.3l. Thats like how toyota doesnt offer a 4.7 anymore, they have a 4.6 with more torque than a 4.7. Thats pretty cool to me.

My truck is the identical twin to Chris'. The 5.3 was not even an option for a 2500 in the year we have. I just got back from a trip to Charlotte, and the truck got 15.4 mpg at 75 mph and the air conditioning on. I got mine for the sole purpose of towing our travel trailer through the mountains. It does that and still gets 12+.

Terry- Our travel trailer was the main reason for the truck as well. When my dad got his truck, there was no plans to get a camper. But when the time came the Tundra towed the trailer to Dover and Hershey Park, really long trips. We had to refuel like 2 or 3 times each way though. The trailer is a Jayco 26BH, something like 6500lbs empty but when it gets loaded its at the top of the tundras pulling abilities. The new truck should do much better. Unfortunately, it came to late to go to Maine this year, so thats next years plan. Hope you enjoyed your trip.
