Not a problem Jim, let us know if you have a problem and I'll try to talk you through it. Anyway, have fun at the Dentist - glad that is you and not me :)

Thanks guys, much appreciated. Hard work for me. I eventually had to use an HO loco to push the On30 photo car around. I wanted to go the other direction, but one of my turnouts would let the loco through at such low speed.

With so many views here I wonder why there aren't more postings? Any thoughts? Jim:confused:

Great video Jim. I did one today as well and presently waiting for youtube to fix up my shakiness. The video the guys have been egging me on for to see my mess.:o

No Jim I don't personally know Hawk. We both live in Ontario but I'm sure we are far apart. Although I bet we both use Robertson screws, its a Canadian thing.;)

Here is a photo I took from my 'drone' yesterday. Pretty avant garde for 1936 having a drone! Jim :)

Nice scene Jim, really like the ground work. Have always wondered about the rockwork, is it the camera light, does the rockwork look this whitish in person?

Lynn, I have one of the Solar Tubes in my ceiling, so I always have some sort of 'natural' light streaming down. I put it in as soon as I bought this house. I sometimes put a sunblock up there to get rid of the light.
Basically what you are seeing in the rocks is the light from above. Just looking into the room with the cover on the light tube the rocks are more reddish with yellow and gray highlights. Look back and see how bright (white) the rocks were before I planted the trees. Actually, my rock color, here in my room, is very close to the color of rocks in Southern Colorado and Northern New Mexico where this layout is supposed to take place. Realize also that I have that skylight for photography. Without it I would have to resort to expensive lamp systems. No thanks, my room is small enough as it is. And finally, in the video, I had the upper lights on so there would be enough light for the camera, this alone made the rocks brighter than I see them. Jim:)
