Thanks guys...lol. Yes l still need to add a stair case. Sorry motley l forgot too say that the base is parts from a walthers coal mine kit along with the windows, the walls are sheet styrene.

l thought long and hard about DCC for this layout and after thinking about it at this time l'm not interested. What l would like to do is just used the atlas selector and controllers, but l can't figure out the wiring? Like where l should put gaps, blocks, etc. So if there is anyone out there...

l know l have 2 loops in the plan, but could someone suggest where should the gaps be place in the rails?

l'm new to this DCC stuff and cannot figure out do you still drop feeders and bus wires on the reverse loop sections or will the auto reverse unit take care of that? l'm using a NCE start up set and the reverse units are from DCC Specialties Auto Reverser-Breaker.

l'm using n-scale fasttrack turnouts with a NEC DDC system. Do l really need to wire the turnouts with the blue points or can l use them to just throw the turnouts without the wiring?
How are you able to tell electrical what postion the switch should be in? lf contact 5 is connected 4 is that...

Hello everone:) l have a question about the blue point switch machines. when wiring them how do you know which way the throw bar on the blue point should be when mounting machine??? Hope this is clear for everone.

Ok here is what l have come up with. lm going to get a MRC PRODIGY ADVANCE 2 "SQUARED" system, all feeders will be 20-22 gauge wire
solid wire or should l use stranded wire?
