Okay just measured and the tracks are 2" apart. I used #6 switches and that's just what they work out to. I agree with the Godzilla thing, altho the one time I had a derailment I just pulled the adjacent track and sent in the "0 5 0 switcher".

Rico, your rolling stock looks alot like mine on the BN Allen Sub. I see alot of BN, a couple Oakways? And its nice to see the cabooses. Got any more pictures? Couldn't find any on a search.
 
Thanx for the kind words Rex, the yard is working out great.
I just finished the West end ladder, the yard is split into two leads there before merging back onto the main. I'm using code 100 on the main, 83 for the yards, and 70 in the industrial areas.
Brent, here's one more pic of the same end...it's all I have right now.
