I set my layout to 10' 8" x 10'

Started laying my track from the bottom left of the layout.

As I work up, it goes off screen, I can zoom out, but I want to "Scroll" up instead. Working on 10' lenth, zooming out gets too hard to see.

Any way to scroll up ( or left/right/down )?
 
You can also open the map window and move the shaded part over the portion of the layout you are working on. I find this helpful on the plans for my larger layout.
