I'm not familiar with the program, but most will have a selection under File>Save As, or File>Export. Most common export files for things like that would be TIF or TIFF files. You'll have to open the file in the program, and then do Save As or Export.

Use File > Export to Bitmap. This will let you export your track plan as a Windows Bitmap file with the .bmp extension.
You can then open the .bmp file in an image processing program and save it as a JPG or GIF. Even Windows Paint can do this, although to reduce the size of the image to something reasonable, you may need a more capable program. There are such programs available for free on the web.
