WSOR Horicon Paint Shop

After researching the WSOR extensively, I noticed that a lot of railroads have had their locomotives painted in Horicon. I know that a handful of heritage locomotives have been painted there, but I am unsure if they are still doing paint work there, (and yes, I know this isn't model RR related but all the other forums are pretty much dead). Does anybody know if the Wisconsin and Southern still paints locomotives for other railroads?

When I get back to Wisconsin I have a friend who was management in the WSOR until his retirement. I will check with him. I did check the WSOR website and while they still paint in Horicon they no longer mention it as a service for other locomotives, just freight cars

The WSOR Wikipedia page says they do locomotive contract work at Horicon but no idea when that was last updated
