Diesel Power

New to the hobby and would like some opinions from you experienced guys on this product. I'm not looking to do a layout right now rather, I'm more interested in doing a modular, perhaps several. HO of course.

I'm assuming you're talking about the Mod-U-Rail sections? I have two built, they're nice. Not QUITE worth the $70+ you pay for them (at least in my case), but nice.


I use a lot of WS materials. They are all wonderful and expensive. Their modulars are great but expensive. Everything about WS is good and expensive. When I can get what I want someplace else I do, but a lot of the stuff is easier to pay for than to find elsewhere.

Thanks. I guess I was asking for your thoughts on the modulars and how forgiving they are to a beginner. If I'm successful at building a few I'd like to join them together and let my "scenes" continue to grow.
