My wife just found a bunch of my old Lionel trains, probably from the 60's (I'm really old). She wants to sell them but we want to ensure the engines work. The key is we're not sure how to hook up the power - it's been a LONG time - did I mention I'm really old.
I've attached pictures of one of the transformers and the only piece of track we can find that looks like you can hook up wires to, but we're not sure which wires go where, or if the track even need to make a complete circuit.
The transformer appears to work (green light come on and it buzzes like the old time transformers do).
Anyway, any assistance would be appreciated...don't mind being called stupid if what I'm doing is stupid...
