Because of all the snow we've had in the northeast, I've decided to model a winter layout using Woodland Scenics flex-paste for ground cover. Can anyone tell me how to make ballast covered with snow though? Or post a link with directions for modeling winter?

So far I didn't model winter ( yet ). Maybe it's because I live in Canada and see the real stuff too much.
