It will depend on the brand. There is always a compromise between exact "scaleness" and ability to go around tight corners. Fortunately 42" is not real tight, so I will GUESS that yes there should be several out there that will.
I did some scouting and am finding 2-rail Consolidateds and Mikado's to be either, rare, expensive. or too stiff for your curves. I did however remember the AHM Indiana Harbor Belt 0-8-0. It was manufactured in the 1960s and 70s. It came in kit and assembled format. I know it went around the AHM 30" radius track. I think with a bit of work one could add a leading truck and make it into a consolidated. At one time I had the plans to convert two of them into an USRA 2-8-8-2. No idea where those plans would be now. Hiding in a file folder somewhere I am certain.
