Wondering who this car is made by. It looks like it was in kit form as there is some glue.

Walthers. They made it in the mid 90s I think. And yes, it came in kit form only.

I'm assuming your car is HO.......at least the couplers look like HO, so I'll go with Bobby on this one...I know they made the car in N as well. The N car was RTR.
