I know you guys have been wondering what to get me for Christmas...

Master Mechanic

Now I'm really, really, surprised at ya. Living in Jawja, and even looking at sumpin' labeled Great NORTHERN!

It is a good looking engine, but even with sound its not worth 1600. Too many other brass GN engines from others than run just as well and about 3 times as cheap.

grande man

Bonafied Grande Nut
Jerrell, you didn't price the loco at your LHS did you??? :D

Seriously, that's one SWEET engine, but for $1600, no thanks.

My LHS would have it at $2,200 and give me 10% off.
Whoopee do Whata deal! :(
Well, I can see you fellas are gonna be grinches about this so I'll just take my trains, go home and sulk.
