 is all i gotta say, I was in heaven. I did hold back on buying alot of stuff, i went there with specific in mind, and got some of what i was looking for but not all. Ill be hitting these shows up when ever i get the chance, i think this club puts this show on once a year. Ive included a link at the bottom of some pics i took of layouts at the show, ect...

Basiclly i bought mostly athearn blue box stuff for $5.00 each. Also pick up some parts for a few of my broken athearn engines.

Also stopped by a local train store and picked me up a digitrax decoder for one of my athearns, figured ill start with one and see how i like it.

Here are pics of what i picked up not much but for everything pictured i spent about $150.00 Also almost everycar piece of rolling stock i bought had kadee's on it so thats a plus in my book.

trailer trains & 2 box cars (the 2 box cars have the club logo on them, i bought 1 of each # to help support them for putting on the show) Also can i get the parts for the train that the trailer hitch hooks into as ya can see 1 car is missing both.

Not a bad haul there. Train shows are pretty cool events, so many things that I would WANT yet must remain focused to find what I NEED first. :D

yeah i could of spent what i had very easy, but like what you said i stayed focused on what i went in looing for, as ya can see the common thing is UP stuff.

Geez guy, did you leave anything for anyone else? 8-)

LOL yeah there was plenty, like i said this was my first show, so in my opinion it was pretty good sized.

there was everything from cheap to beyond my range.

I actually seen very little tyco, or older life-like or bachmann stuff.

I went to a train show today also. Only spent $38.00 Didn't find what I was looking for so, I bought some stuff for a buddy that has older HO stuff. That place was packed.
Seems like a lot of people have money hid back for train shows.
Got one next week in St.Pete, Fl. that I'm going to. then 2 in march.

Dang. I wish we had some train shows that actually came to Alabama but I'm not sure my budget could stand it if they did. :)
