I am just starting to get into the whole weathering aspect and am alittle overwhelmed by the choices and techniques around. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good beginners book or tutorial online to get someone started? I've been searching several forums for hours and while I have seen many amazing models, most threads don't go into detail about how there achieved. Thanks guys for the help and hopefully I can show off something here in the near future.
I just joined that sight too. Most of it seems to be very experienced modelers that don't go into to much detail as to how they do it.
If we able to join in an experienced modelers, we will benefit also because we can learn from them.
MTW is the greatest place to learn. Granted the forum threads are 95% "look what I did" and about 5% tutorial, Rich is good at archiving the best threads. God into the "Best of MTW" forum there, and check those out.
