I'm looking to see examples of how a brick structure weathers. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks!

Brick Structure Weathering

It all depends upon WHERE that brick structure is located, geographically. Pacific NW, Desert SW, Rust Belt, Etc?
Also is it a commercial building, residential, industrial, etc?
What other industries is it near?

Ahhhhhhhh!! So many questions. LOL

Inner city Chicago. Brick apartment building across the tracks from a machine shop and down the street from an electrical/motor company.

OK, so you are in a dirty city setting.

Another thing I forgot to ask..... what era? Steam?

If so, you will have a heavy collection of soot on the tops of brick parapets, roofs, etc. The brick mortar would be dirty as well. This can be achieved with weathering powders in the dark grey and blacks.

Like Steve S said, check Google as well. Once you get there, find the IMAGES button and click on it. Then type in "dirty brick". You get 4,700,000 separate images that you can look at.

I did a Google Image Search for "Chicago Brick Apartment", requested LARGE sized photos. Be sure to scroll to the left and to the right to see the entire photo!!

Here'a a few:
