Started off as a suncoast models, made some changes to the supports and added 1 more per row and extra cross bracing with grandt line nut and bolt castings. Changed the roof from round to octagon shaped and covered with Campbell shingles. Still have to build a shed and add some ladders to finish up.
Nice
That i one nice water tower, Gary.

Very nice!! Can you describe the shingle material? I've been looking at what Campbell supplies for their shingles and am not sure how it's going to look. Yours looks fantastic.
The shingles are self gummed on the back and all you have to do is wet them like a postage stamp, also they come with thick card stock with lines printed on one side to use for the roof of your building and to help with keeping the rows straight as you apply them. Easy to use and look great IMO.
Guys thanks for the comments

Very impressive. Fantasic work, and great shots of the water tower.
Great looking water tank Gary!
Ho scale?

Ho scale?
Thanks and it is HO scale.
A little scratch built shed to go with the water tower. Used Cambpell shingles, windows and light shades. Made all the door hardware from sheet styrene. Hope you like.

And both together
